Google将自动把用户密码升级为通行密钥

Google积极推动无密码登录，将利用PC机Chrome及手机版Password Manager自动将用户密码升级通行密码（passkey）。

上周Android Authority首先在Google Play Services App（25.19.31 beta版）发现Android版Password Manager包含一个能自动将用户密码在用户登录时转成通行密钥（passkey）。这项功能默认打开。

而后，Google周末宣布Chrome加入Google密码管理器（Password Manager）自动创建通行密钥的功能，名为Automatic Passkey Upgrade。激活该功能后，当用户以Google Password Manger存储的密码登录网站，该App就会将密码升级为Passkey。此时，Password Manager也会发送通知给用户。

这项功能将先通过PC机版Chrome 136发布，Android版则即将推出。

在给开发人员的支持网页中，Google说明，最近用户以存储的密码登录网站，Google Password Manager才会自动创建passkey。Google并建议开发人员使用WebAuthn API，使其网站或App调用“条件式创建（conditional create）”以便在用户输入密码登录后立即激活Automatic Passkey Upgrade功能。

Google说明，passkey可和其他验证方式并行。若用户不想改为Passkey，也可以从Chrome右上角的“More”菜单中“password and autofill”“Google Password Manager”“设置”，关闭“Automatically create a passkey to sign in faster”。

上周微软也先后宣布，添加的微软账户将默认激活passkey登录，以及逐渐将passkey存储作业集中到Edge上。
