Elon Musk另外回复指，用户也可选择不付费，但开设账户头3个月没有发文权限，仅能够浏览帖文，要等3个月期限后方能够发文及回复。
That is way harder than paying a tiny fee.
This is only for new users. They will be able to do write actions for free after 3 months.
